Cancellation Policy
At Bumbershoot Skin Spa your
appointment is very important to us and reserved especially for you.
Therefore we respectfully request a 24 hour notice of cancellation.
Please know that when you miss or cancel an appointment, we miss the
opportunity to fill the appointment and clients on a waiting list also
miss the opportunity to receive a service.
Within 24 hour notice of cancellation 50% charge of service.
No call/No show 100% charge of service.
Children Policy
Children are permitted in the salon or spa area if they are booked for a service. Children must be at least 8 years old to receive a service, are expected to be on their best behavior, and must be supervised by an adult guardian at all times. For safety reasons and insurance purposes,no child is permitted in the spa unless booked for a service. We do not have facilities to care for children and hope you understand we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the experience of our other guests.
Phone Use Policy
In consideration of other guests and to ensure a relaxing spa experience for yourself, we ask that you silence your cell phone and refrain from speaking, participating in live video conversations, or playing any audio or video without the use of headphones. Guests who use a smartphone in such manner will be gently asked to refrain from smartphone use or continue using their smartphone outside.
